What we do not promise
Submitting a request does not guarantee that a provider is available, that a specific response time can be met, or that a quoted price will fall within a particular range. Weather events can create sudden capacity constraints across an entire market.
Provider information
WinterHelp can use provider coverage, service categories and availability preferences for routing. Customers should still confirm any licence, insurance, certification, warranty, scope and commercial terms relevant to the specific work before hiring.
Life-safety emergencies
WinterHelp is not an emergency dispatch service. If there is immediate danger to people or property — for example fire, suspected gas or carbon-monoxide danger, serious electrical hazard or a medical emergency — use the appropriate emergency service or utility first.
